Very thorough and honest. I've worked with them a couple times now. Recently I called them and we talked about my cooling needs for an attic area for about 20-25 minutes. We concluded that I probably didn't need a minisplit and could likely be just fine with a manually installed window unit. Saved me $4000. We need more honestly like that.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Alex and the entire Tanous team. Years back we were renting in Hoboken and lost heat over the holidays. Many people told us they couldn’t come out for a service call but Alex ran right over and was extremely helpful. Years later in a different apartment, our boiler went. The Tanous team was here that day for a new install. Unfortunately, just a few weeks later our water heater also went - same day replacement and install. Everyone from the team is extremely kind and considerate from the guys in the field to Raquelle at the office. Also extremely fair pricing! There is no other call to make - just call Tanous!
