Alex was amazing. Two of his techs showed up right at 10 AM this morning, just like he said they would, and got straight to work. Nicola the lead tech knew his stuff from the second he got here.

They diagnosed the issue, went out to Montclair to pick up the exact part needed, and came back on time—to the minute. The repair took exactly how long they said it would, and my AC was back up and running within hours.

Alex took the time to walk me through everything—what happened, what they were fixing, and what I should keep an eye on going forward. The price was very fair and there were no surprises AT ALL - WHICH IS SHOCKING TO BE HONEST. Guy treats you like family.
