Small to mid-size offices, retail storefronts, professional services buildings, light industrial. After-hours service to avoid disrupting your business.

Most commercial HVAC vendors specialize at one extreme or the other: residential split systems on one end, massive corporate HVAC on the other. Light commercial — the offices, retail spaces, and small-business buildings that make up most of Hoboken/JC’s commercial real estate — falls in the gap.
We work it. Rooftop units on retail buildings, mini-splits in renovated storefronts, central HVAC in mid-size offices, dedicated server-room cooling. After-hours service so your business stays open. Predictable per-visit pricing, no surprise charges.
Light commercial businesses don’t have a facilities department — you need an HVAC partner who acts like one.
Office HVAC work happens evenings or weekends. Retail rooftop work happens overnight. We default to your operating hours, not ours — minimal disruption.
Diagnostic visit fees and per-hour labor disclosed up front. No surprise charges. Repeat clients get to know exactly what each visit costs before we arrive.
Commercial work requires proper licensing, COI for landlords, and (for some buildings) certified personnel. We have all of it. New buildings: we send our COI in advance of the first visit.
Light commercial covers a wide range of equipment — from large central systems to small ductless. We service them all.

Most light commercial engagements start with a repair call and grow into a maintenance contract once the client sees how we work.
We respond to your first call (usually a repair or replacement need), diagnose, quote, and execute. While we’re there, we document the rest of your equipment — useful for capex planning later.
Quote written before any work. Scheduling options including after-hours. You approve in writing before we proceed.
Work performed cleanly, equipment tested, walkthrough so you know what was done. Photos and written summary in your file.
If repeat work seems likely, we’ll quote a maintenance contract that locks in pricing and includes scheduled visits. No pressure — some clients prefer T&M only. Both work.
Light commercial HVAC pricing depends on the same factors as any commercial work, sized to your scale.
Rooftop unit work has different costs than ductless or central systems. We’ll quote based on what’s actually installed — not generic per-sqft estimates.
Daytime work: standard rates. After-hours / weekend: modest premium, quoted up front. Most clients find after-hours saves more in lost business hours than the premium costs.
Annual contracts get better per-visit pricing and priority response. Some businesses prefer ad-hoc — we’re fine with both.
Light commercial is a meaningful chunk of our weekly work. Call 201-245-5151 for first-visit scheduling.
Once we’ve worked together once, most light commercial clients add at least one of these.
Annual or semi-annual service. Priority emergency response, locked-in pricing, written reports.
Retail and office rooftop unit replacement. Crane lifts, permits, off-hours execution.
